The images for the actual emblems and patterns used in flags are located in game/gfx/coat_of_arms with different folders for patterns, colored emblems and textured emblems. By default, they are organized into different files for prescripted flags and templates for randomly generated flags. Flag scripting (for both pre-scripted flags and autogeneration patterns) is located in game/common/coat_of_arms/coat_of_arms.
